when anchoring - it is a good idea - to have the anchor go down where it will not hit anything in a swell - and where the boat will be ready to sail off from ...

so you can use a spot close to the mainhull on the bridge deck - better yet - on the further forward extension of the 2 or 3 master - since the pull is less from there - since higher on the wind .....

after setting the anchor - put a bridle toward the main bow - so the pull will be straighter from there ...

also note - that the fin will - in any current - pull the boat toward it - so the anchor line can then be going toward the opposite direction !
